What exactly is Leveled Up Pros?

We are a premium financial literacy and credit restoration firm. We don't just "delete" items; we provide a holistic approach to "leveling up" your financial profile through expert credit strategy and wealth-building education.

Is credit repair legal?

Absolutely. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to an accurate, fair, and substantiated credit report. We exercise those legal rights on your behalf to ensure bureaus and creditors are reporting 100% accurate data.

The Leveling Up Process

How long does it take to see results?

While every profile is different, most clients begin to see "Level 1" progress within the first 30 to 45 days. However, reaching "Pro Status" (a fully optimized score) typically takes 4 to 8 months depending on the complexity of your history.

What items can you help me address?

We challenge any unverifiable, inaccurate, or outdated information, including late payments, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcies, and public records.

Can I fix my credit myself?

Yes, you have the right to dispute items for free. People hire Leveled Up Pros for the same reason they hire a personal trainer or an accountant: for our expert strategy, time-saving systems, and professional-grade results.

Accountability & Responsibilities

Do I need to do anything during the process?

Yes. This is a partnership. To "Level Up," you must maintain an active credit monitoring service, forward all bureau mail to us within 48 hours, and avoid taking on new debt or missing payments during the program.

Why do I need a credit monitoring service?

We need "Intel" to win. A monitoring service allows us to see real-time updates across all three bureaus — Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax — without triggering a "hard pull" that would hurt your score. If you do not keep your subscription active we are unable to update your account, which leads to your profile being terminated.

Billing & Refunds

How much does it cost?

We charge a one-time Initial Consultation & Audit Fee to build your roadmap, then a monthly service fee based on your package. No payment plans. Visit our Packages page for full pricing details.

What is your refund policy?

The Initial Consultation Fee is non-refundable as it covers the expert labor of your initial audit. The monthly service fee is also non-refundable. You have the right to cancel the contract within 5 days of signing without any penalty or obligation. View our full refund policy for details.

Do you guarantee a specific credit score?

No legitimate company can legally guarantee a specific score or outcome. What we do guarantee is professional-grade advocacy and that we will exhaust every legal avenue to optimize your credit profile.
