Billing & Cancellation

Monthly service fees are non-refundable and are not subject to pro-rated adjustments. You may cancel at any time — future billing stops immediately upon request, and active services remain through the end of your current billing cycle.

Your Responsibilities

This is a partnership. To reach Pro Status you must maintain an active credit monitoring service, forward all bureau mail within 48 hours, and avoid taking on new debt or missing payments during the program.
